RESERVATION :
All reservations must be confirmed :
- In writing ( e-mail, fax or mail), followed by a credit card number, its expiry date and CVC code (last three numbers at the back of the card)

CANCELLATIONS :
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing ( e-mail, fax or letter ).

In case of cancellation 15 days before the planned arrival date : 50 % of a one night will be charged on your credit card.
In case of cancellation 48 hours before the planned arrival date : the price of the room for one night will be charged on your credit card.
In Case of no show, the totality of your stay will be charged on your credit card.
In case of anticipated check out during your stay, the remaining nights will be charged on your credit card.

ARRIVAL :
Rooms are available from 15:00.
DEPARTURE :
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00.
